我结合用户研究、行为数据、可用性测试与 AI 辅助工作流，更早发现问题、检验假设并推进设计交付。AI 帮助我扩展探索、加快信息整理；问题定义、设计判断和最终质量仍由我负责。

Over the past few years, I’ve worked primarily on insurtech and complex B2B2C products involving multiple markets, roles, and rule-heavy workflows. My work spans agent-facing products, the Admin Portal, Insurer Portal, and partner white-label solutions across Southeast Asia. Working with product, business, and engineering teams, I clarify the goals of different roles, operational rules, and technical constraints, then turn shared patterns into reusable product frameworks and design standards.

I combine user research, behavioural data, usability testing, and AI-assisted workflows to uncover problems earlier, test assumptions, and move designs through delivery. AI helps me explore more broadly and organise information faster; I remain responsible for problem framing, design judgement, and final quality.
